One fee per casting call
- One fee covers the whole casting call. Roles are unlimited.
- We email you at 80% and 100% of it. Move up a size at any time, or close the call when you have enough.
- Applicants beyond your plan are £1 each, invoiced once when the call closes. Buy more in advance from 60p each.
Extra applicants
- Every extra applicant is £1.
- Or buy more in advance: 100 for £90, 300 for £240, 500 for £350 or 1,000 for £600 (90p down to 60p each).
- We tell you at 80% and 100% of your plan.
- Your call never closes. Applicants are never turned away.
- We invoice extra applicants once, when the call closes.
Example
A Standard call expects 1,500 applicants and gets 2,100.
600 extra applicants × £1 = £600.
Total: £1,350. That is 64p per applicant.

Pricing questions
Which plan am I?
Go by the applicants you expect. Up to 300: Small. Up to 1,500: Standard. Up to 4,000: Large. More, or several calls a year: ask for a Custom Agreement.
When do I pay?
When you publish, as the link goes live. Setting up and trying a call on the sample applicants is free. You pay for each casting call on its own. We never charge mid-casting unless you agree first.
What counts as one applicant?
One person applying to one casting call. Each person can apply once per call, whichever role they choose. Unfinished forms are not counted.
What if we get far more applicants than expected?
Nothing stops. Each extra applicant is £1, invoiced when the call closes. We tell you at 80% and 100%.
Can we add another role later?
Yes, at any time, at no charge. Roles are unlimited.
Is there a charge per person on my team?
No. Add as many colleagues as you need. Producers and directors you send a Yes list to are not charged either.
What happens to the applicants' details at the end?
We delete them on the date the casting call promised. That is 30 days after the production ends, unless your account records a different period before the call opens. The agreement sets it out.
